Based out of Quay West Business Village, the company provides a range of services to the construction industry, including project management, employer’s agent, cost management and digital services and has grown rapidly since its inception 15 years ago, opening offices in York and Preston and employing 45 members of staff.

Projects the company has helped to deliver include the Beacon of Light for the Foundation of Light, The Fire Station for the MAC Trust, the Beam for Sunderland City Council alongside a multitude of projects for the University of Sunderland, most recently Hope Street Exchange.
