Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has announced a series of senior promotions confirming two new partners in its Newcastle office.
The new partners include: Chris Ledgerwood, who advises residential investors, charities and public sector bodies on matters of leasehold reform, enfranchisement and rights of pre-emption and John Booth, based in Newcastle’s real estate Developers and Investors team and specialises in public and private sector development projects.
The good news is part of a wider round of promotions across the firm with a total of five new partners, one legal director and six associates including Emma Campbell-Danesh (Commercial Disputes & Regulatory) and Rishi Kohli (Projects & Procurement) in Newcastle.
