On November 19 International Men’s Day celebrates worldwide the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities.
For the last two years, New Results have had an event in Sunderland to support and promote health and mental wellbeing for all (not just men).
Last years International Men’s Day (IMD) was a great success and New Results have now put all the content from the live session in a free to access platform. https://onlinelearning.newresults.co.uk/courses/imd
This online content has been put together with the permission of the speakers and those involved to help a wider audience access this material.
This has been possible with the support and sponsorship of Esh Group to make this content available to all free online for the next two years.
The platform is a simple to use tool for anyone to access and listen to the latest three speakers share their insights, tools and approaches to help people through this challenging time.
The platform showcases the three talks that were delivered by three experts in the event’s live session.
These three talks are:

He has a particular focus on working with men seeking to recover from burnout and achieve greater balance between success and wellbeing.
Dr Ron Lawson – Exploring how we can work with our emotions to make those decisions more effective.
